Sam’s Club Membership – eValues

On the radio this week I heard of Sam's Club's new savings program called eValues.   There is very limited information about it on their website so I'm not sure exactly the type of savings that it will provide.  I didn't see any examples of products that I would save.  This program is only available to Plus membership which is a yearly cost of $100, Sam's Club guarantees that you will save that with this program. The idea is instead of coupons or rebates, several times a month Plus members will have offers on different items and the coupon is automatically loaded on the Sam's club card so when you check-out the price is "on sale".  Similar to a grocery store bonus card. Big Lots 20% Coupon exp. 10/10/09

I'm a huge fan of Big Lots.  I've written a couple posts about coupons and great deals at Big Lots.  If you haven't been to Big Lots it is a discount store that is similar to a dollar store except it sells overstock items that they bought from other stores for less.   Before I started to use coupons I would go to Big Lots on a regular basis and buy a lot of items for a fraction of the cost.   My favorite items at Big Lots are the kitchen and housewares.  They have a great assortment of kitchen gadgets. Rite Aid Deals 10/4-10/10

If you haven't heard there are some great deals at Rite Aid this month! Have you heard of GOS? GOS stands for Gift of Savings Valid  9/13-10/17 when you buy $25 worth of products you get a $5 gift certificate or if you buy up to $50 you get a $10 gift certificate or if you buy $100 you get $20 gift certificate.     Just by entering your receipt on Rite Aid Rebate website.   Note this total is BEFORE coupons and any other promotions.   You can combine the deals to get things for free or really cheap. Anniversary, Sewing Expo and other things

This week is a busy week for me.  My daughter was diagnosed with a double ear infection.  She is feeling a lot better. Good news is, it's the Sewing Expo this week!  Woohoo!   Yesterday, I learned about the serger and how to create some beautiful stitches with it.  I also learned about fusible web.  I've worked with fusible stabalizers but haven't tried the fusible web before.  It is great because it doesn't melt as quickly as other brands do. Plus, this weekend is my anniversary weekend! 7 years ago I married the most wonderful gentleman in the world.  I'm so blessed to have him in my life,  he loves, cares, and supports me and our little girl.  I love him always and forever. Walmart Shopping Trip 9/26/09
