  This is week 3 on creating a meal plan for the week. Yesterday being a holiday has been nice.  It will make this week a little bit shorter.  Yesterday we worked a lot around the house cleaning like crazy. Now that meal planning is becoming part of our life.  I'm now looking carefully at our meal choices and trying to include more and more vegetables. Last week's meal plan was a success!  It sure made the week planning easier.  I didn't have to think about dinner since I knew exactly what I was going to make.   Now to repeat it again this week.  When we made something with enough leftovers we would have for lunch or dinner the  next day. Monday: Lunch Soup  Dinner: Minestrone Soup with leftover meat from Taco night Tuesday:  Lunch PB&J Dinner: Tacos again since we have all of the ingredients.  Soft taco shells are only $.99 at Aldi. Organization 2012 My husband and I were talking about goals that we have for ourselves this year.  Our kids are young so just having a good time while they are little is important to us.    This means we need to be better about organization. Organization is constant with my 3 year old.
