I updated the CVS coupon policy. As of 2/12/2012, CVS has now posted an update to the official coupon policy!  The best part it includes the fact you can use a BOGO coupon on a BOGO sale and get both for FREE.   This is great news! This is my run at CVS this week.  Super excited to get all of these things for very little.   Great week!     This is week 7 on creating a meal plan for the week.  This is going to be an easy week.  I made some extra meals on the weekend to enjoy during the week. Monday: Breakfast:  Cereal Lunch Homemade Chicken Nuggets  Dinner: Chicken & Spicy Tahi Sauce (Made it last night to have tonight!) My Purchases This Last Week – 2/11/12

Last week I got some pretty good deals.  Thought I would share them.   I do get out of the house on occasion and get some of these great finds and some of them are online too. I learned about the Michael's $5 off $5 coupon that we used last Sunday (expired on 2/4/12), we got a couple things for the kids.   While Baby A and I went to Babies R Us to get the formula deal my husband took Baby B and Doodle to get some cheap finds at Michaels.  I'm sure I would have found some expensive item to splurge on, but they found crayons, and some off brand lego sets, and glow in the dark sticks.  Fun stuff all for very little.  My husband and I each went…

Alton Brown’s Mooless (Tofu) Chocolate Pie – Yummy!

Doesn't this look good?!   I am in love with my husband!  He made this delicious chocolate pie for me.  Can you believe that it is made out of tofu!?  It is the best pie I've ever had.  I'm serious. I will admit this is an indulgence for the price.  I'm sure you can get this cheaper finding deals on ingredients.  The Godiva liqueur was a gift that we have been holding on to.  This was a perfect treat to enjoy it.   I suggest looking for a cheaper liqueur or even adding espresso.  There are so many options you can do to make it so yummy! Meal Planning 2/6/12

    This is week 6 on creating a meal plan for the week.  I'm trying hard to think of meals with more veggies and it can be tough when feeding a 3 year old and two ten month olds.   I love trying new foods for us and the kids.  It's fun to watch them experiment with foods.
