My plan was to stop at Shoppers to pick up some double deal newspapers.  Unfortunately, they didn't have any.  I then picked up an extra Washington Post for $1.50.  I was hoping they would be on discount but apparently they don't discount them anymore. Since I was there and I had my $15 worth of catalina coupons from my previous trip with me and I thought I would get some basics for Thanksgiving coming up.  We seem to have plenty of food for the next week or so.  See my post about my husband's Aldi trip HERE. Wow!  I did it.  I went to Shoppers this evening.  I can't believe it is 8:33 PM as I start writing this.  I treated the family to Ci-Ci's pizza for dinner.  What a treat!  I know it is high calories but it sure is good.  Afterward, the three of us went to Shoppers.  My hubby is a trooper so is my little girl. I'm definitely not a pro like MoneyWiseMoms, Redemption Unlimited Girls and FrugalFriends!  They know exactly what they are doing.
