How to Make a Baby Bib? Easy project!

How to make a baby bib? This is a super easy project that you can create in less than 15 minutes. Select some fabric and create a simple template. I created this template using freezer paper. You can then iron on the freezer paper template to the fabric with a low setting on your iron. Then you can easily cut out the fabric without pinning. Either cut out 2 templates or do as I did and fold the fabric and then cut out 2 at one time. Then sew the two pieces right sides together. Leave a little bit open so you can turn it right side out. Then attach some velcro to the ends, either by sewing or using fusible agent. I recommend Bo-Nash Fusible 007.

Yesterday, I went to Harris Teeter for double coupon event! You must go! They are doubling up to $1.98. There are so many great deals this week. A lot of freebies. Here are some awesome blogs that have great match-ups. Check them out. A couple things to mention about Harris Teeter BEFORE you go! 1. You can only do 20 double coupons per day. Now, I haven't confirmed that you can do more in another transaction but the cashier might not let you. So, think of a stop at Harris Teeter as a very small shopping trip. RiteAid Shopping Plan 6/7-6/13

This weekend I was super excited about the CVS pampers deal and frustrated because I had a $5/30 (expired 6/7) and do to family commitments I couldn't get to CVS to get it.  This morning I found out that the deal is off and CVS has taken it off the website.  Big disappointment.  It would have been nice to have gotten diapers for $2.99 or $3.99 a pack.  However, I came across some other opportunities. Per BabyCheapSkate: Pampers jumbos are $8.99 at Rite Aid. Print a coupon for $5 off $25 at RiteAid (.pdf). The same mind-set has helped turn consignment sales into a main topic of conversation during Gina Lincicum's moms club meetings. Here is an interesting article in the Associate Press this week about the Old Navy coupons and Frugal Mom blogs. I'm impressed that both the press and industries are finally noticing the blogs and frugal saving Moms like us.    I'm hoping this will mean more coupons will appear either online or in the newspapers.  They have to notice that coupon usage and attention to coupons like Old Navy weekly coupons is so popular.  I'm telling my friends about it everyday.  More people I know who would normally NOT use a coupon are interested now. On the side bar of my website you can print coupons from Coupons.com.  Super Easy! Click HERE to go to Coupons Inc. for Brick coupons.  You will have to download software in order to print these. In previous posts I've mentioned that Washington Post doesn't include the Red Plum inserts anymore. So, where do you find them? 1. Red Plum is now being sent in the mail via their mail flier. Check your mailbox. I usually get mine on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. 2. Ask your family and friends for their Red Plum inserts that they get in the mail.
