Rite Aid Shopping Trip 3/27/10

Coupons, Rite Aid, Uncategorized
Ok, I know this is way over the top.  I went over board but I love mascara.  I really do and to get it for FREE is so exciting.  I've bought mascara at CVS recently even though it was $2.  Now, I won't ever buy any again. I went into a new Rite Aid that I hadn't been in and the deal worked so good that later after I got home I collected the rest of my B1G1 coupons and I hit my local Rite Aid. After my second trip, I helped someone else get this deal at the store. When I was trying to decide how many I wanted a lady walked by me and I immediately asked her if I was in her way, and she was so…

WeuseCoupons.com founder Nathan Engles and Jill Cataldo, aka "The Coupon Queen  on Nightline News. Today my co-worker mentioned me to me about Nightline news and if I watched the segment about  "Extreme Couponers".  I hadn't heard about it and immediately looked it up.   Click HERE to see the newscast. Wow!  It is amazing.  Jill spent $50 and got well over $100 worth of groceries (after sales but before coupons) and Nathan spent $30 and got well over $500 worth of groceries (retail amount). The Cost of Diapers 2010 – March Update

Baby, Coupons, CVS, Rite Aid, Uncategorized, Walmart
Wow!  I haven't bought many diapers this month.    I'm definitely keeping my eye out for more deals. After adding in my diaper purchases for February and March here is what I’ve spent so far on diapers this year.  I will be getting additional rebates for the Rite Aid Pampers and will subtract that when I get it. I got my rebate check from Caregivers Market Place- $12.50!   Not bad for saving my receipts for Huggies diapers and a few other products then at the end of the year I filled out the rebate form.   I will add that $12.50 back into the cost of diapers for this year, since I didn’t include that in my calculations last year. Click HERE to see my chart in Google Documents. Date Location Brand…

Harris Teeter Shopping Trip – Triple Coupon event – 3/25/10

Harris Teeter, Shopping Trips, Uncategorized
I'm excited to say that I stopped at Harris Teeter this morning. A word to the wise, not all stores carry the same products. My store didn't carry the pasta which I was looking forward to getting. Make sure you read and follow the coupon policy as best you can. When I checked out the cashier told me that you can ONLY use 2 or 3 Internet coupons but said that she has heard otherwise from customer service and the wording in the coupon policy isn't well worded.  She accepted all of my Internet coupons.  Here is the confusing wording. Internet Coupons: We gladly accept internet manufacturer’s coupons for product; however no “free” product internet coupons are accepted. With the purchase of two like manufacturer’s products, we accept two internet…
